Antioxidants are substances that can prevent oxidation reactions by donating free radicals. Several plants of the Artocarpus genus that have antioxidant activity are breadfruit, kluwih, jackfruit, terap, mentawa and keledang. The purpose of writing a review is to provide information about several plants of the Artocarpus genus that have antioxidant activity. The method used to write this article was literature study related about several plants of the Artocarpus genus that have antioxidant activity published on international and national journals in the last 10 years. Based on the result it can be concluded some plants of the genus Artocarpus have antioxidant activity. The presence of secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and terpenoids was thought to play a role in the antioxidant activity of these plants. The tests in this plant of the Artocarpus genus used different test parameters and comparisons were carried out. The content of compounds showed the highest antioxidant activity, was flavonoids.
